KCCI: Tallahassee

PARC (Park and Ride Community) is a pilot program launched by members of KCCI’s Greenovation team in partnership with StarMetro. The program will run Sept. 4 through Dec. 7, 2007. It will allow residents living on the northeast side of town to park their cars in designated locations and take StarMetro to the downtown depot, where they can transfer to arrive at their final destination if necessary.

We want to transform the way Tallahassee residents view public transportation and encourage everyone to begin to perceive it as a viable option no matter what your life stage, profession or socio-economic status.
